Role Overview

  • The Lead – Marketing & Business Development will be responsible for driving Valueit's growth by developing and executing marketing strategies, expanding strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and increasing brand awareness across target markets.
  • This role combines strategic planning together with the Founder and requires hands on execution to accelerate customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead customer acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives across digital and offline channels.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with brokers, financial institutions, universities, fintech companies, and corporate clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
  • Plan and execute product launches, campaigns, webinars, and promotional activities.
  • Manage Valueit's brand positioning, content strategy, public relations, and social media presence.
  • Analyze marketing performance, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness using data driven insights.
  • Collaborate with Product, Research, and Technology teams to ensure successful go to market execution.
  • Represent Valueit at industry events, conferences, networking sessions, and investor engagements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to support strategic decision making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, business development, growth, or strategic partnerships, preferably within fintech, financial services, SaaS, or technology.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong commercial acumen and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience with digital marketing, CRM platforms, analytics tools, and performance marketing is an advantage.
  • Self motivated, entrepreneurial, and capable of thriving in a fast paced startup environment.
