Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage master planning, material processes and systems, prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs.
Developing specialized knowledge in their discipline. Serves as best practice/quality resource. Has awareness of latest technical developments in own area. Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility.
Ensure operational alignment with production plan and KPIs.
Optimize inventory and process improvements.
Developing in-depth knowledge of Gas Turbine and Accessory Modules Assembly. Uses prior experience in similar product / processes and acquired technical expertise to execute production strategy.
Uses some level of judgment and has ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters but with guidance. Uses prior experience and on-the-job training to solve straightforward tasks. Has access to technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.
In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
Proven interpersonal skills or an early people leader who can hire and develop talent. Provides informal guidance to new team members
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Manufacturing & Materials Planning and Execution function at a leadership level.
Proficiency in using Planning and Project Management Software tools
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for complex and big data analysis
Experience with working with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction
Desired Characteristics
Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends and make informed decisions.
Knowledge of Inventory - Raw / WIP or DIO for monitoring, control and reporting
Experience with use of ERP Systems (SAP)
Advanced ability to read and interpret Manufacturing Bill of Materials (BOMs)
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Established project management skills.
