Lead Logistics Integrator

Description & Requirements

• MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Lead Logistics Integrator to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii .

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

• Oversees and directs the complex transportation, storage, and distribution activities to maintain peak mission readiness.
• Formulate comprehensive policies, manage daily operations, and plan the strategic use of materials and human resources.
• Serve as the final Technical Authority for organizational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Validates the logistics requirements for theater deployment and employment operations within the area of responsibility.
• Authorize Strategic Plans for reception, staging, onward movement, and integration (RSOI) to ensure force posture goals are met.
• Approve the coordination of Host Nation support and facility requirements for large-scale contingency operations.
• Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Management, or a related field and 12+ years of position-relevant experience (additional education may be substituted in lieu of education).
• Experience in formal document approval and acting as the Functional Lead for program deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Global Logistics.
• PMP certification.
• Experience managing USSOCOM or PACOM expeditionary logistics in the Indo-Pacific AOR.

Clearance Required

Physical Requirements

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
