About the Role
Astellas Pharma is seeking a Key Account Lead for the UAE to drive sales performance of the Oncology portfolio through territory management, expert product knowledge, and strong relationships with HCPs and payer organizations.

Responsibilities
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned portfolio and geography
- Own account level business planning, forecasting, and performance metrics, including budget accountability
- Proactively engage with payer stakeholders and procurement and planning teams inside key accounts to shape, streamline access, and overcome reimbursement challenges
- Organize and execute high impact meetings and clinical discussions inside key accounts with engagement of key KOLs across UAE
- Continuously enhance therapy and market knowledge, sales and personal skills
- Maintain the highest level of pharmaceutical business ethics and compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Proven MNC experience in the Pharmaceutical industry in direct field sales with demonstrated ability to launch new therapies
- Must have experience in the UAE market preferably within the private healthcare sector
- Experience in Oncology Therapy area and/or Hematology, Urology will be highly preferred
- Fluency in English and Arabic both written and spoken
- Ability to influence and work effectively within a matrix and multi cultural environment
- Extensive user knowledge of MS Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and engage with excellent communication skills (preferred)
- Result driven, high sense of urgency, strong customer orientation (preferred)
