Role Overview
Infoya is seeking a hands-on Lead Java Developer who is already operating at a technical lead level and demonstrates the curiosity, judgment, and enthusiasm to grow into broader architecture ownership.
This role will help shape efficient, scalable solutions by connecting business needs, application design flows, integration patterns, and cloud architecture with high-quality engineering execution.
The ideal candidate combines deep Java and Spring expertise with strong systems-design capability.
You will remain close to the code while guiding solution design, reviewing technical decisions, mentoring developers, and collaborating with product, engineering, infrastructure, architecture, and business stakeholders.

Position Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, optimization, and support of scalable Java and Spring Boot microservices for high-traffic e-commerce applications.
- Translate business and product requirements into clear application flows, component designs, integration patterns, and pragmatic technical solutions.
- Contribute to application, integration, API, and data architecture standards across the e-commerce portfolio.
- Design secure RESTful APIs, event-driven services, distributed workflows, and resilient integrations using technologies such as Pub/Sub, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
- Evaluate and recommend frameworks, databases, cloud services, and architectural patterns based on scalability, reliability, maintainability, security, and cost.
- Review solution designs, code, and technical documentation; identify risks early and support architecture governance and design-quality practices.
- Partner with product, engineering, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, architecture, and business teams to drive efficient solutioning and delivery.
