Role Overview
Build scalable Java backend services, microservices, and production-ready code.
Use Core Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and RabbitMQ for event-driven systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java backend services using Java 8, 11, or 17.
- Build RESTful APIs and microservices with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
- Implement RabbitMQ queues, exchanges, routing keys, and dead-letter queues.
- Integrate relational and NoSQL databases and write optimized queries.
- Apply SOLID principles, design patterns, clean code, unit testing, and code reviews.
- Build resilient services with retry, timeout, circuit-breaker, idempotency, and graceful-error-handling patterns.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Product teams across the software development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot production issues, support deployments, and perform root-cause analysis.
Mandatory Skills and Experience
- Strong Core Java knowledge covering object-oriented programming, collections, exception handling, streams, and concurrency basics.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Core, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot.
- Experience building REST APIs with validation, pagination, error handling, and versioning.
- Experience with RabbitMQ.
