Role Overview
Sukoon Interiors is seeking an experienced and creative Lead Interior Design Manager for its founding team.
The role will help build a growing luxury interior design company and contribute to shaping its future.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the interior design team.
- Meet clients to understand their requirements and present creative design solutions.
- Prepare and develop luxury interior design concepts.
- Coordinate with site engineers and contractors to support smooth project execution.
- Select finishing materials and oversee design quality.
- Build strong client relationships and support sales by presenting and closing design proposals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Proven experience in luxury residential or commercial interior design.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage projects from concept design through execution.
- Self-motivated, organized, and committed to high-quality work.
