Lead Interface Engineer

The Role You will be providing engineering support for planning, preparation and reviewing drilling & completion and abandonment operations.

Assuring that all the operations are safely planned and executed, all well operations are prepared and executed within the defined and authorised program and budget to meet the Company's objective.

Supervise the execution of well operations, assuring that operations conform to plans and are being carried out safely, efficiently, managing offshore manpower, rig, material supplies and stock, resolving difficulties which could otherwise delay well operations.

• Supervise offshore operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with company standards
• Ensure all well operations are safely executed in line with approved programs, budgets, and company objectives
• Manage rig activities, offshore personnel, materials, and logistics to prevent operational delays
• Provide engineering support for planning, preparation, and review of drilling, completion, and abandonment operations
• Act as the key interface between offshore operations and onshore teams to ensure alignment with company objectives
• Ensure contractor and service company performance meets contractual and operational expectations
• Maintain compliance with the Company Safety Management System and HSEQ standards
• Ensure timely availability of personnel, equipment, and materials offshore
• Support internal and corporate audits where required
