Lead Integration Manager

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination with vendors, suppliers, system specialists, and district supervision consultants for OT/IT system integration.
• Ensure IBMS and subsystems align with use cases, building infrastructure, budget, and desired smart building outcomes.
• Develop Interface Control Documents with BMS and subsystem vendors, including point types, quantities, and protocols.
• Coordinate shop drawings for power, network infrastructure, IoT sensors, field cameras, and DOC connectivity.
• Provide network prerequisites for connecting subsystem head ends to the MSI platform.
• Identify system integration gaps for assets and buildings and present gap analysis to subsystem vendors.
• Coordinate hardware and software changes required for smart city design compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience deploying digital OT/IT solutions that improve efficiency and interoperability.
• Direct exposure to system integrators including Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, Sauter, or Johnson Controls.
• Experience creating and evaluating RFPs for IBMS, security, ICT, PSIM, VMS, command and control center, and OT/IT systems.
• Familiarity with industrial-standard building solution protocols.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and operating batch and real-time data platforms at scale.
• Experience with IoT platforms, big data, data management, and data classification.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, such as electronics and control systems.
• 15+ years of experience with BMS, security, ELV, AV, CMMS, OT/IT, and ICT systems.

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of BMS and IBMS landscapes and OT/IT subsystems connected to central platforms.
• Knowledge of unified building metadata schemas, including Brick Schema.
• Knowledge of IBMS platforms integrated with BMS systems across facilities, buildings, or cities.
• Knowledge of smart digital solutions for smart buildings and cities.
• Knowledge of energy management platforms that extract data from BMS and subsystems.
• Knowledge of partner ecosystems used to design intelligent technology infrastructure.
• Knowledge of analytics platforms for collecting, consolidating, analyzing, and processing building-system data.
