Brains & Motion Education provides year-round STEM, arts, sports, and guided-recess enrichment programs in local schools and communities.
Programs are located on campuses at schools and universities and focus on safe, engaging educational experiences for children.
Job Description
Lead after-school enrichment instruction while serving as a leader and mentor for fellow instructors.
Partner with the Site Director to support daily operations and provide a successful experience for students, families, and staff.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead and guide classroom staff in implementing BAM! curriculum, instructional best practices, and program policies.
- Support the Site Director with daily program operations and policy compliance.
- Deliver engaging instruction in a safe, positive, inclusive classroom environment.
- Foster positive student behavior and support social-emotional growth.
- Ensure safety, attendance, transitions, and student supervision procedures are followed.
- Mentor instructional staff through guidance, encouragement, and coaching.
- Assist with staff onboarding, training, and ongoing development.
- Support family communication, special events, and overall program success.
