Role overview
Develop and maintain high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade C# applications.
Provide expertise across the software development lifecycle from concept and design through testing.
The role is based in Pune and uses a hybrid work mode with three days per week from the client office.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Windows desktop applications using C# and WPF.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot issues reported by users, product owners, QA personnel, and testers.
- Stay up to date with emerging C# and WPF trends and technologies.
- Mentor and coach junior developers.
Must-have requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field, with seven to ten years of experience.
- Proven Windows desktop application development experience using C# and WPF.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience with MVVM architecture and WPF data binding.
