At Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler, our service team plays a vital role in creating thoughtful, memorable guest experiences. As a Full-Time Permanent Lead Host/Hostess , you will be the first point of contact for guests dining at Sidecut Restaurant and Braidwood Tavern, setting the tone for an exceptional experience.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality service and is eager to grow their skills within a luxury hospitality environment.

with at least 1 year in a host/hostess role.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Enjoys being a coach and mentor for others

Valid work authorization for Canada

Busy service periods requiring focus and attention to detail

A schedule based on operational needs, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

A role where you will stand and move around a restaurant for the duration of your shift
