Key Responsibilities
- Safe work : promoting safety within the department, aiming for a zero-injury culture.
- Coach and develop staff : monitor performance to identify training gaps, provide training, maintain, and request updates to CTR’s.
- Quality work : training staff on quality standards/expected behaviours and ensuring they are met.
- Lead department meetings : involve staff in department matters.
- Monitor production activity : take action to optimize sequencing and product flow, ensure buffer holes are filled, and work with the team to achieve production targets.
- Continuous improvement : active participation in and coaching employees for continuous improvement.
- Innovation : bringing value through new, creative ideas.

Education & Experience
3-5 years manufacturing experience.
Finishing experience would be an asset.
Leadership experience would be an asset.
