Job Overview

  • ASCON is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help build a strong sales pipeline as we expand across the Gulf region.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and connect with decision makers in key industries (construction, pharma, car rentals, retail)
  • Build and manage lists of qualified prospects using LinkedIn, Apollo, Lusha, Hunter, etc.
  • Qualify leads and set up discovery meetings for the sales team
  • Collaborate closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth handoff
  • Track your work in our Jira based CRM and hit monthly KPIs

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3+ years of B2B lead generation or SDR/BDR experience
  • Experience in ERP, SaaS, or CRM sales
  • Fluent in English
  • GCC market familiarity, especially Saudi Arabia
  • Self starter with a strong work ethic
