A&A Real Estate seeks a Lead Generation Specialist to develop and execute effective lead generation strategies for real estate properties in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract qualified prospects for real estate properties
- Research and identify new client segments using multiple platforms, databases, and market intelligence tools
- Leverage digital marketing channels such as social media, email campaigns, and property portals to reach target audiences
- Qualify, nurture, and engage leads through consistent follow-ups, ensuring readiness for handover to the sales team
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with business objectives
- Track, analyze, and report on lead performance, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness
- Continuously optimize lead generation strategies based on performance data and market trends
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in CRM systems
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist, preferably in real estate or a related industry in Dubai
- Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques, digital marketing tools, and CRM platforms
- Excellent research, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with sales and marketing teams
- Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market and RERA guidelines is an added advantage
