Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities for Findrez Marketing and Findrez AI.
- Research target markets, build prospect lists, and engage potential clients through calls, emails, and digital outreach.
- Maintain detailed records in CRM tools, schedule meetings or demos for the sales team, and follow structured lead generation workflows.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing, refine outreach messages, track key metrics, and provide feedback on campaign performance.
Requirements
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and building New Leads pipelines
- Effective Communication skills for engaging prospects and coordinating with internal teams
- Sales related skills including basic negotiation, qualification, and objection handling
- Solid Research skills for identifying target markets, decision makers, and relevant contact information
- Experience with CRM systems, sales outreach tools, and lead tracking processes
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with data and performance metrics
- Prior experience in B2B lead generation, business development, or inside sales is preferred

Role Description

- This full time, on site role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and involves researching target markets, building prospect lists, and engaging potential clients through calls, emails, and digital outreach.
- The specialist will maintain detailed records in CRM tools, schedule meetings or demos for the sales team, and follow structured lead generation workflows to ensure a consistent pipeline.
- Day to day responsibilities include collaborating with sales and marketing, refining outreach messages, tracking key metrics, and providing feedback on campaign performance.
- The role requires proactive communication, strong follow through, and a results oriented approach to meeting lead and conversion targets.
