Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms
- Implement effective acquisition strategies
- Continuously optimize cost per lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Conduct A/B tests on audiences, visuals, videos, and ad messages
- Analyze daily performance and produce reports
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and sales teams to improve conversion rates
- Stay updated on new trends and platform changes
Requirements
- Confirmed experience in lead generation and management of advertising campaigns
- Excellent mastery of Meta Ads Manager
- Good knowledge of Google Ads and other acquisition platforms
- Mastery of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Pixel Meta, conversions, tracking)
- Analytical and results oriented mindset
- Autonomy, organization, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience in real estate is a strong asset

Your Missions
- Creation, management, and optimization of advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms.
- Implementation of effective acquisition strategies.
- Continuous optimization of cost per lead (CPL) and return on investment (ROAS).
- Conducting A/B tests on audiences, visuals, videos, and ad messages.
- Daily performance analysis and report production.
- Collaboration with marketing, creative, and sales teams to improve conversion rates.
- Ongoing monitoring of new trends and platform updates.
