Role Description

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through digital channels such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
  • Research target markets and decision makers, build and maintain prospect lists, conduct outreach campaigns, and nurture leads.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with campaign objectives.
  • Track lead quality and conversion rates, continuously optimize outreach strategies.
  • Document interactions in CRM tools, prepare basic reports on pipeline status, and ensure professional H2H representation.

Qualifications

  • Strong lead focused skills including experience with New Leads and Lead Generation in B2B environments.
  • Effective Sales skills to qualify prospects and support the sales team.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solid Research skills to identify target accounts and decision makers.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social selling tools, and comfort with CRM and lead management systems.
  • Ability to work on site in Riyadh, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple prospects and campaigns.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in the Saudi B2B market and proficiency in English and Arabic advantageous.
