- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through digital channels such as LinkedIn
- Research target markets and decision makers

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with campaign objectives
- Track lead quality and conversion rates, and optimize outreach strategies
- Document interactions in CRM tools and prepare reports on pipeline status

Role Description
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through digital channels such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
- Research target markets and decision makers, build and maintain prospect lists, conduct outreach campaigns, and nurture leads.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation activities with campaign objectives.
- Track lead quality and conversion rates, continuously optimize outreach strategies.
- Document interactions in CRM tools, prepare basic reports on pipeline status, and ensure professional H2H representation.
Qualifications
- Strong lead focused skills including experience with New Leads and Lead Generation in B2B environments.
- Effective Sales skills to qualify prospects and support the sales team.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid Research skills to identify target accounts and decision makers.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social selling tools, and comfort with CRM and lead management systems.
- Ability to work on site in Riyadh, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple prospects and campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Experience in the Saudi B2B market and proficiency in English and Arabic advantageous.
