Role overview
Xplor's Mariana Tek marketing team is hiring a Lead Generation Manager focused on generating qualified leads and moving them toward pipeline.
This is a hands-on execution role centered on campaigns, lead flow, conversion copy, and funnel performance rather than brand strategy.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Promote reports, webinars, and other content assets across channels to maximize lead capture.
- Partner with marketing to include lead generation tactics in broader activities.
- Monitor lead quality and address gaps in volume or fit.
- Segment prospects and build targeted nurture campaigns.
- Improve lead flow and routing with Revenue Operations.
- Use HockeyStack or similar analytics tools to identify funnel drop-offs and conversion opportunities.
- Write emails, landing pages, and ads that drive clicks and form fills.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in lead generation, performance marketing, or a similar funnel-focused role are required.
- B2B SaaS experience is preferred.
- Strong conversion copywriting skills are required.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools is required.
