About the Role
Femme Haven Real Estate seeks a Lead Generation Expert to build and scale a pipeline of qualified buyer, seller, and renter leads. The role owns multi-channel lead generation campaigns, CRM management, and lead nurturing to drive appointments and conversions.

Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi channel lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta/Instagram, property portals, and email/SMS
- Build and optimize landing pages, lead forms, and offers to maximize conversion rate
- Manage lead capture and routing through the CRM, ensuring leads are tagged, scored, and assigned to agents quickly
- Develop lead nurturing workflows (email/SMS drip campaigns, retargeting) to convert leads into appointments and site visits
- Continuously test ad creative, targeting, copy, and offers to lower cost per lead and improve lead to appointment conversion rates
- Partner with the sales team to gather feedback on lead quality and adjust targeting/messaging accordingly
- Explore and manage partnerships, referral programs, and co marketing opportunities to diversify lead sources
- Track and report on key metrics: cost per lead, lead to showing conversion, lead to close conversion, channel ROI, and pipeline value
- Stay current on real estate portal algorithms, ad platform updates, and market trends
- Manage lead gen budget across channels, reallocating spend toward highest performing sources
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in lead generation or performance marketing, ideally in real estate, proptech, or high ticket industry
- Hands on experience running paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and real estate portals
- Strong understanding of the real estate buyer/seller journey
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Follow Up Boss) and marketing automation tools
- Proven ability to reduce cost per lead while maintaining or improving lead quality
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable with conversion funnels, attribution, and ROI reporting
- Excellent copywriting/messaging instincts for ads, landing pages, and nurture sequences
- Ability to work cross functionally with sales agents/brokers

About the Role
- We're looking for a Lead Generation Expert to build and scale a consistent pipeline of qualified buyer, seller, and renter leads for our real estate business.
- This role owns lead generation across multiple channels — paid, organic, referral, and offline — and is responsible for both the volume and the quality of leads handed to our sales team.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute multi channel lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Meta/Instagram, property portals (e.g. Bayut, Property Finder), and email/SMS
- Build and optimize landing pages, lead forms, and offers (e.g., free valuations, listing alerts, market reports) to maximize conversion rate
- Manage lead capture and routing through the CRM, ensuring leads are tagged, scored, and assigned to agents quickly
- Develop lead nurturing workflows (email/SMS drip campaigns, retargeting) to convert cold and warm leads into appointments and site visits
- Continuously test ad creative, targeting, copy, and offers to lower cost per lead (CPL) and improve lead to appointment conversion rates
- Partner with the sales team to gather feedback on lead quality and adjust targeting/messaging accordingly
- Explore and manage partnerships, referral programs, and co marketing opportunities to diversify lead sources
- Track and report on key metrics: cost per lead, lead to showing conversion, lead to close conversion, channel ROI, and pipeline value

What We're Looking For

- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Follow Up Boss, or real estate specific CRMs) and marketing automation tools
- Proven ability to reduce cost per lead while maintaining or improving lead quality
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable working with conversion funnels, attribution, and ROI reporting
- Excellent copywriting/messaging instincts for ads, landing pages, and nurture sequences
- Ability to work cross functionally with sales agents/brokers to close the loop on lead quality
Nice to Have
- Experience with SEO or organic lead sources as a complement to paid channels
- Familiarity with real estate listing feeds/MLS and portal lead routing systems
- Experience with marketing automation and lead scoring models
- Background in cold outreach or telesales coordination for lead follow up
