Lead Gen AI Engineer - Vice President

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design generative and agentic AI solutions with architects, leads, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Architect context engineering, prompt engineering, RAG, knowledge graph, Graph RAG, and multi-agent solutions.
• Build agent harnesses, integrate agents through MCP and A2A, and support scalable production deployment.
• Apply guardrails, governance, privacy, compliance, observability, and agent isolation practices.
• Mentor junior team members, review code, and share advances in generative and agentic AI.

Required Technical Skills

• Required expertise includes foundation models, LLMs, embeddings, tokenization, context windows, prompt engineering, and context orchestration.
• Required experience includes RAG, hybrid search, multi-vector retrieval, knowledge graphs, Graph RAG, and vector databases.
• Required experience includes Google ADK or comparable agent frameworks, multi-agent orchestration, harness engineering, MCP, and A2A.
