Preacta is recruiting a Lead Frontend Engineer for a leading Australian financial services organisation.
The role will help build a completely new B2B platform from the ground up.
This is a hands-on technical leadership position with ownership of frontend architecture and technical direction.
Workplace and location
- The role is based in Sydney and is described as hybrid.
Core responsibilities
- Own frontend architecture and technical direction for large, complex applications.
- Make decisions across SPA versus micro-frontends, state management, performance, browser architecture, security, and engineering standards.
- Guide the use of AI across the engineering lifecycle.
- Define specifications, architectural principles, and guardrails for AI-assisted development.
- Direct and validate AI-generated development.
