Role overview

Join the Property IQ team to lead the evolution of Strata Application capabilities and platform architecture.

The role combines frontend architecture, development, performance, product support, and full-lifecycle engineering.

What you will do

  • Own frontend architecture decisions for micro-frontend boundaries and multi-team composition strategies.
  • Evaluate rendering models, browser capabilities, state management, and performance trade-offs for real product constraints.
  • Translate UI/UX wireframes into code and optimize applications for speed, scalability, and user responsiveness.
  • Improve Core Web Vitals in production and validate results through real-user monitoring.
  • Build and govern design systems used across multiple squads.
  • Drive AI-assisted engineering adoption and mentor engineers with measurable outcomes.
  • Champion accessibility, client-side data protection, third-party script governance, and frontend security obligations.
  • Participate across design, testing, product support, and peer code reviews.

What you offer

  • Expertise in TypeScript and modern Angular or similar frontend frameworks, including standalone components and signals.
  • Experience owning frontend architecture and making informed micro-frontend and rendering decisions.
  • Demonstrated production experience improving web performance and Core Web Vitals.
  • Comprehensive design system experience across multiple squads.
  • Success driving AI-assisted engineering adoption and mentoring engineers.
  • Ability to uphold accessibility, security, regulatory, and client-side data protection standards.
