Role responsibilities
- Own frontend architecture direction and decide between independently deployable micro-frontends and the core application.
- Set composition strategy, rendering approach, and design system governance for a multi-team frontend.
- Split time between hands-on development, design, testing, and peer review.
- Mentor engineers and drive AI-assisted engineering adoption.
- Make and defend technical decisions in a live, revenue-critical production estate.
- Diagnose rendering performance issues and improve Core Web Vitals using real user monitoring.
