The role
The role leads frontend engineering for high-volume financial platform applications and combines hands-on feature development with frontend architecture leadership.
The engineer will shape client-facing web applications using modern web architectures and browser technologies.
The role includes technical standards, mentoring, multi-squad collaboration, and AI-assisted delivery practices.
Role responsibilities
- Evaluate application boundaries and guide micro-frontend versus monolith strategies.
- Trace rendering performance and establish technical standards across multiple squads.
- Mentor engineers and integrate AI-assisted engineering practices into daily delivery workflows.
- Develop core features while setting overall frontend architecture.
- Build and govern enterprise design systems across multiple squads.
Technology environment
- Use TypeScript and modern Angular, including Angular 14 or later, standalone components, and signals.
- Work with micro-frontends using Module Federation, client state management, and URL-driven state patterns.
- Optimize Core Web Vitals, browser rendering, main-thread execution, and real user monitoring.
