Role Overview
Tezvyn is hiring a Lead Flutter Engineer in Hyderabad for a US-based fintech client.
The role focuses on Flutter, Dart, mobile performance, state management, asynchronous programming, and widgets.
The position requires 7-9 years of experience.
Compensation
- The advertised compensation is ₹41-55 LPA, an annual salary range.
Responsibilities
- Build mobile products using Flutter and Dart.
- Address performance and broader mobile engineering concerns across state management, asynchronous programming, and widgets.
- Lead delivery across multiple people's work by setting technical direction, reviewing work, and owning delivery outcomes.
- Explain technical decisions to people who did not make them.
- Support release engineering, offline storage and synchronization, API clients, retries, and cache invalidation.
Core Requirements
- 7-9 years of production Flutter experience is required.
- Deep hands-on experience with Dart and mobile performance is required.
- Working familiarity with state management, asynchronous programming, and Flutter widgets is required.
