Lead Flight Test Engineer APAC

• Lead flight test planning, execution and reporting activities.

• Build and mentor the local flight test team, to: Develop test plans, procedures and safety assessments. Coordinate flight trials with engineering, range and operational stakeholders. Analyse flight test data and provide recommendations for system improvement. Support verification and validation activities across the product lifecycle.

• Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related discipline.

• Extensive experienceleading,planning and conducting UAS flight test activities.

• Strong understanding of flight test safety, risk management and test methodologies.

• Australian citizenship and ability to obtain an Australian Government security clearance.

• Experience testing high-performance UAS, guided weapons, loitering munitions or interceptor systems.

• Experience with flight test instrumentation, telemetry and data analysis.

• Experience operating within Defence or other regulated aerospace environments.
