We are seeking a Lead First Responder and Community Programs to lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of AV's First Responder and Community program initiatives, for our Operational Capability Department.

This is a full-time, ongoing position.

While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at AVs Ballarat and Sunshine Business Centres in line with our hybrid working model.

Reporting to the Manager First Responder and Community Programs, responsibilities include but not limited to:Lead the development, delivery and continuous improvement of statewide First Responder and Community ProgramsStrengthen community capability through volunteer engagement and community response initiativesDrive engagement, participation and sustainability across volunteer and community-based programsDevelop and maintain influential partnerships across government, health, emergency service and community sectorsChampion community and workforce feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovationLead a high-performing team while fostering a collaborative, people-first and continuous improvement culture** Occasional weekend work is required as part of the role About you The successful candidate will be a collaborative leader who is passionate about community impact and building meaningful partnerships.
