Role Overview
Lead the financial planning and analysis function and provide strategic financial insights.
Support strategic decision-making and long-term financial planning through advanced analysis.
Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Develop and refine complex financial models for decision-making and scenario analysis.
- Perform variance analysis, identify financial performance drivers, and recommend corrective measures.
- Oversee monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for senior management.
- Highlight trends and key performance indicators in management reporting.
- Partner with business unit leaders, provide analytical support, and challenge assumptions.
Requirements
- Demonstrated capability in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Ability to develop complex financial models for strategic decision-making, scenario analysis, and long-term planning.
- Ability to perform in-depth variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Ability to prepare financial reporting packages and interpret trends and key performance indicators.
- Ability to partner with business unit leaders, provide analytical support, and challenge assumptions.
