Role Overview
Nalco Water is seeking a Lead Field Service Representative to join its water treatment sales and service team.
The role supports strategic district accounts, customer problem solving, service plan execution, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide routine service support to execute customer system assurance and continuous improvement plans.
- Assist with plant surveys and start-ups for existing and new customer applications.
- Build relationships with key account stakeholders and provide technical customer support.
- Identify and resolve challenges, escalate issues, analyze systems, interpret data, and write recommendations.
- Support Nalco innovations and technology and perform equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Travel within the assigned sales territory.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or Life Sciences.
- Five to ten years of experience in water treatment applications in refineries.
- Experience in the water treatment or specialty chemical industry.
- Working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems, or paper machine operations, wet end chemistry, and pulp mill operations.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
