Responsibilities
Lead QA teams responsible for manual and automated testing across financial applications and AI-driven platforms.
Define test strategies, governance frameworks, and quality standards aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
Oversee test planning, test-case design, automation development, and regression execution.
Implement automation frameworks supporting UI, API, and data validation.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and architecture teams to ensure testability at all stages of the SDLC.
Integrate continuous testing practices within CI/CD pipelines.
Track quality metrics, defect patterns, and coverage statistics to ensure delivery readiness.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, security requirements, and audit standards.
Mentor QA engineers and advance best practices in test automation and domain-specific validation.
Qualifications
To qualify for the role, you must have
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of QA experience with proven leadership in financial or enterprise environments.
Strong background in manual and automated testing methodologies.
Experience developing automation frameworks and validating regulated financial workflows.
Familiarity with agile delivery processes and CI/CD tooling.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
