Your mission
Join the Consumer Intelligence & Engagement organization delivering intelligence and engagement capabilities for relevant, personalized digital consumer experiences.
Build production-grade backend services powering personalization, recommendations, and real-time consumer experiences.
Provide technical leadership for architecture, engineering standards, technology decisions, scalability, reliability, and resilience.
What you will do
- Lead the design and development of personalization and recommendation services and applications.
- Own architecture and technology decisions across model serving, inference, recommendation platforms, and experimentation.
- Build scalable low-latency APIs, event-driven services, and integration layers for real-time and batch use cases.
- Partner with AI/ML and Data Engineering teams to deploy models and recommendation algorithms.
- Integrate LLM APIs and AI services into production consumer experiences.
- Drive security, observability, reliability, performance, code quality, mentorship, and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical leadership across teams and use AI-assisted engineering tools to improve delivery.
