Role Overview
Lead civil construction activities for the Exploration and Production business across well sites, gathering stations, compressor stations, pipeline corridors, and related approaches.
The position involves field supervision, contractor coordination, project controls, HSE compliance, material management, and team mentoring.
Responsibilities
- Supervise civil construction activities across well sites, gathering stations, compressor stations, pipeline corridors, and well-site approaches.
- Coordinate construction drawings, specifications, schedules, manpower planning, and field engineering support.
- Manage contractors, work plans, queries, resources, measurements, work certification, and change-order support.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, permits, statutory regulations, construction procedures, ITPs, and engineering standards.
- Manage and reconcile materials, support budgets, prepare SAP-based PRs and WORs, and implement project changes.
- Participate in construction reviews and constructability workshops, coordinate with drilling teams, and mentor team members.
Education and Experience
- Graduate Engineer in Civil Engineering.
- 10–12 years of relevant construction supervision and management experience in oil and gas, refinery, pipeline, or related industries.
