Maintain accurate and up-to-date CAFM records and site documentation at all times, ensuring all works are reported to the Helpdesk in accordance with required processes.
In the absence of the Engineering Supervisor, coordinate and take responsibility for all planned and reactive maintenance delivered by the engineering team across equipment, plant, services and systems.
Experience in a similar role is necessary.
HNC or HND qualification, or equivalent, in an engineering discipline is essential.
Completion of a recognised time-served apprenticeship is essential.
IOSH Health and Safety qualification is essential.
Knowledge of, or previous experience using, mobile technology to manage tasks is essential.
Proven ability to manage and prioritise a varied and demanding workload is essential.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with employees, customers and clients at all levels, are essential.
Sound knowledge of health and safety legislation is essential, together with a working knowledge of COSHH, confined space requirements and L8.
