Lead Engineer

This role is responsible for translating strategic vision, product roadmap, and business objectives defined by the client and platform leadership into successful execution. The individual will apply a strong product mindset to understand business needs, evaluate solution options, drive prioritization decisions, and ensure delivery maximizes business value. They will own end-to-end execution across engineering, data and QA ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic objectives.

Lead end-to-end delivery across engineering, data, and QA teams, ensuring execution against agreed priorities, timelines, and business outcomes.

Apply a strong product mindset to evaluate solution options, manage trade-offs, and drive prioritization decisions that maximize business value.

Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges while ensuring alignment across business and technology stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management

Build strong relationships with clients and business stakeholders, serving as a trusted partner and primary point of contact for delivery execution.
