Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage non-conformities and resolve technical issues with ownership and accountability.
• Serve as the technical reference for field and project engineers.
• Collect and share engineering lessons learned across projects.
• Troubleshoot gas turbines, compressors, motors, gearboxes, and auxiliary systems.
• Coordinate issue resolution across internal engineering disciplines.
• Prepare trip investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective and preventive action plans.
• Follow commissioning design review, quality, safety, and KPI processes.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent engineering discipline.
• At least 7 years of technical experience with control systems and rotating machinery at project sites.
• Hands-on experience with MarkVIe, MarkVIeS SIL System, Proficy Machine Edition, PLCs, and DCS.
• Ability to interpret control logic and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Experience interpreting P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and technical engineering documents.
