Role Overview
The employer is seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive for its sales team.
The role focuses on engaging potential customers, presenting suitable products or services, and converting leads into sales.
Location and Employment
- The role is based in Dubai, UAE.
- The position is full-time and operates five days per week.
- The stated salary is AED 3,000 per month plus commission.
- Visa provision is stated.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product or service information.
- Generate and convert leads into successful sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Build customer relationships and ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams for customer onboarding.
- Provide updates on sales activities, lead status, and conversions.
Requirements
- Previous telesales, telemarketing, or customer-facing sales experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and persuasive communication skills are required.
- Good English communication skills are required, while Hindi is preferred.
- The candidate should be target-oriented and able to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems are required.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Compensation
- The compensation includes a fixed salary of AED 3,000 per month plus an attractive commission structure.
