Role Overview
Lead EPC engineering and project execution for solar, battery energy storage, hybrid plant control systems, and inverters.
Act as the technical leader for assigned engineering projects or programs and the technical contact for customers and project managers.
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate project deliverables, detailed engineering, controls software validation, and commissioning support.
- Lead balance-of-plant engineering for energy storage projects, including electrical layouts, protection, grounding, cabling, and control buildings.
- Develop schedules, support sourcing, plan design reviews, oversee quality activities, and manage contractors.
- Prepare installation, commissioning, operations, customer overview, and control-system training documentation.
- Drive performance and reliability improvements and coordinate technical matters against specification, cost, and schedule objectives.
- Perform root cause analysis, corrective actions, process control validation, and standardization activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical, electronics, instrumentation, or controls engineering, or a related science discipline.
- At least 10 years of experience in detailed engineering, EPC, project execution, or controls software design, development, and implementation.
