Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Controls Engineering, or Science.
At least 10 years of experience in detailed engineering, EPC, project execution, and controls software design, development, or implementation.
Expertise in solar, energy storage, plant-level systems, inverters, transformers, RMUs, balance-of-plant equipment, and systems integration.
Experience leading large-scale engineering projects, power electronic equipment, product design, and site engineering.
Experience with grid code compliance, power generation, communications networks, controls implementation, systems integration, and field engineering.
Knowledge of GE MarkVIe, Toolbox ST, Workstation ST, Cimplicity, P80i, HDM, or Simulink.
Ability to interpret power system design outputs and studies, including protection, load flow, fault, arc flash, transient, harmonic, cabling, power quality, and EMC calculations.
Ability to design systems and equipment to reliability, testing, manufacturability, material, and cost guidelines.
