- Ensure quality education programme delivery in Shelters through structured interventions and effective implementation.
- Maximise learning outcomes of students in Shelter homes in English, Maths, STEM.
- Improve volunteer retention and develop volunteer leadership to strengthen programme ownership.
- Oversee the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the plan, track and follow up on project milestones and achieve programmatic goals in a timely manner
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any relevant field or a fellowship
- Minimum 2 years of Volunteering experience and community engagement.
- Exceptional communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of effectively leading and regionally and/or nationally scaling a performance- and outcomes-based project
- Good understanding of pedagogy.
• Proactive, Self-Monitored, Resourceful, Accountable
- Problem solving and Decision-making skills are essential
- High Emotional maturity
- Scope : Full Time
- Age Criteria : under 35 years
- Reporting to : Bhumi Clubs - Manager.
- Salary Range: INR 5 to 6 LPA (Based on candidate profile)
