Position Overview

We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic

Lead Early Years Teache

r who is passionate about early childhood education and who brings creativity, patience, and joy into the classroom

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that support early childhood development.
  • Teach across the Early Years stage while ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Support and guide Nursery and Pre-K teams to maintain high-quality educational provision across the stage.
  • Act as the first point of cover for teacher absences to ensure continuity of learning and quality standards.
  • Experience teaching across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), with additional responsibilities supporting and guiding Pre-K nursery teams to ensure consistently high-quality provision.
  • Inspire and motivate young learners through creative, hands-on, and innovative teaching methods.
  • Fulfil any duties required in the stage, including hygiene and care tasks, setting the tone for excellence and flexibility.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience and proven excellence in nursery and pre-kindergarten education.
  • Ability to lead, support, and mentor nursery and Pre-K teaching teams.
  • Proven proficiency in lesson planning and design activities.
  • A native or fluent speaker of both English and Arabic with clear communication skills
  • Has experience working with young children (preferably ages 2–6) in creative or play-based settings
