Lead business analysis activities for strategic initiatives and medium- to large-scale projects within RBC Wealth Management for RBC Direct Investing.
Apply expert business analysis knowledge in new or complex situations and guide other professionals.
Own planning, elicitation, analysis, documentation, management, and delivery support for requirements.
What you will do
- Oversee large-scale program-level strategic initiatives.
- Assist with objectives, key results, success metrics, road mapping, and prioritization.
- Assess scope and feasibility of new work and analyze impacts across applications, architecture, and processes.
- Determine and document high-level requirements for Direct Investing digital products and user experience.
- Facilitate discovery sessions with senior stakeholders and manage reviews with Direct Investing business leadership.
- Lead applicable Agile ceremonies alongside the Product Owner.
- Manage requirements-related risks, assumptions, and constraints.
- Guide and support junior business analysts.
Must-have skills
- 8–10 years of professional BA or BSA experience in a project-based Agile environment.
