In this in person role, you will report to Waymo Operations.

You will:

Lead as a Technical Expert: Leverage in-depth knowledge and troubleshooting expertise to address complex issues outside of documented standard operating procedures.

Engage with Waymo Engineering teams and OEM partners to resolve concerns.

• Provide Partner Support: Minimize vehicle downtime by managing escalations from partner technicians facing novel or complex issues. Guide these diagnostics remotely and in-person.

Administer & Develop Training: Conduct on-the-job training (including train-the-trainer) to fleet service teams as a certified instructor.

Assist in the continuous development of training content.

• Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure market adherence to service and quality assurance standards that drive safety and consistency. Conduct regular audits and assessments to verify compliance.

Document Technical Knowledge: Develop and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, operating procedures, and best practices to support fleet service teams
