Role Overview
Full-time Lead Developer role focused on technical leadership and delivery of scalable software solutions.
The role works with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA Engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead software application and platform design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Provide technical direction, mentorship, code reviews, and engineering standards.
- Translate requirements into scalable, maintainable, secure solutions and technical deliverables.
- Design applications, APIs, microservices, integrations, and backend services.
- Collaborate on architecture, technology decisions, testing strategies, CI/CD, deployment, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, performance bottlenecks, defects, and production incidents.
- Manage technical discussions, estimates, priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.
- Support Agile ceremonies and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, API documentation, and standards.
- Evaluate technologies and identify opportunities for automation, refactoring, optimization, and technical debt reduction.
- Support cloud adoption, application modernization, digital transformation, and system integration initiatives.
