Requirements

8–12+ years of experience in Data & Reporting.
Prior experience leading a reporting or BI team.
Experience working directly with enterprise clients.
Strong hands-on expertise in SQL with ability to write, optimize and review complex queries.
Experience with SSRS report development and maintenance.
Experience in Power BI dashboards and reporting.
Good understanding of Azure Functions and Azure Data Factory (ADF).
Strong understanding of relational databases, data models and reporting architecture.
Ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies and perform root cause analysis.
Experience working with large transactional datasets.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in Agile delivery environments.
The person joining this role should be able to:
Establish confidence in the Data & Reporting function.
Improve accuracy and consistency of reporting deliverables.
Strengthening collaboration across engineering modules.
Drive proactive stakeholder communication.
Build a disciplined reporting review process.
Improve team ownership and accountability.
Reduce reporting-related client escalations.
Enable predictable and high-quality report delivery.
