Role Overview
Lead data engineering work supporting AI and digital transformation solutions at Genpact.
The role combines team leadership, Big Data engineering, stakeholder collaboration, and system optimization.
Responsibilities
- Lead data engineers in developing and implementing Big Data solutions.
- Design and build scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across data systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on business requirements.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
- Monitor industry trends in Big Data and data engineering.
- Analyze data and troubleshoot systems to improve performance.
- Document data processes, systems, and infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or Statistics, or a master's degree in Data Science.
- Relevant certifications listed include Databricks, Microsoft Azure, Oracle, and Certified Data Management Professional credentials.
- Proficient English language capability at C2 level.
