Delivering highly technical consulting in software development, data engineering, data science, and DevOps by designing, automating, deploying, and maintaining robust, scalable data solutions to support client business objectives

Leading or collaborating on all phases of the client engagement lifecycle, including identifying client needs, framing and scoping business problems, developing project and sprint plans, building and deploying analytics solutions, and translating insights into actionable recommendations

Acting as a technical lead, product owner, or scrum master as needed—facilitating Agile or DevOps workflows, enabling iterative delivery, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring project milestones are met

Expertise spanning several domains, including:

Software development using modern engineering best practices, ideally with hands-on DevOps and/or Agile team leadership experience

Data engineering (ETL, workflow/pipeline automation), data science (machine learning, analytics), and DevOps (automation, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, system monitoring)

Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining data-intensive applications in cloud or hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.)

Proficiency with at least two of the following: Python, R, C++, SQL, or Linux (RH 7+), plus experience developing across diverse platforms (desktop, web, cloud, or embedded)

Three to six years of hands-on exposure to DevOps tools and practices (such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, Terraform, Ansible, or similar)

Experience with visualization/dashboard tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or custom web solutions

Strong communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex technical, scientific, and business concepts for diverse audiences

Business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of identifying value for clients, framing business plans, and driving business development

Consulting experience or demonstrated success in technical roles involving client communication and solution-driven project delivery

Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to thrive independently and as a collaborative team member in fast-paced, multidisciplinary settings
