Lead Counsel Procurement & Finance

Qualified solicitor, preferably UK qualified.

Excellent drafting skills.

Sound knowledge of the key principles and risks associated with the provision of technology solutions.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate legal principles into simple, practical guidance.

Experience drafting and negotiating supplier agreements and ability to outline the key risk areas associated with the same.

Experience assessing litigation accruals and the key considerations when doing so.

Experience of supporting the Finance and Procurement function of a global business preferable.

Experience working within a global in-house legal team preferable.
