Lead Corporate Finance And Transaction Strategist
The Lead Corporate Finance and Transaction Strategist is responsible for driving corporate finance strategy, transaction planning, and execution support across key growth initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, divestitures, investments, and capital allocation decisions.
The role works closely with senior leadership to evaluate opportunities, build financial models, assess risks, and support high-impact strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial analysis and strategic planning for corporate initiatives.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, acquisitions, joint ventures, divestitures, and other transactions.
- Build and review financial models, valuation analyses, and scenario plans.
- Assess deal economics, synergies, risks, and value-creation opportunities.
- Partner with executive leadership, finance, legal, operations, and external advisors.
- Support due diligence, transaction structuring, negotiation preparation, and post-deal integration planning.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
- Strong experience in corporate finance, transaction advisory, M&A, or strategic finance.
- Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of capital structure, investment appraisal, and transaction execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with multiple priorities.
- Preferred experience
- Experience leading transaction workstreams from evaluation through execution.
- Exposure to cross-border or complex deal environments.
- Familiarity with synergy modeling, transaction cost analysis, and value capture planning.
- Prior work with senior executives, board-level materials, or external advisors.
- Pay: QAR35.00 - QAR140.00 per hour
