Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Cloud Connect, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Build custom, advanced, and matrix reports and dashboards in Workday.
• Create and manage calculated fields, business processes, and security configurations.
• Translate business requirements into technical Workday HCM solutions.
• Develop inbound and outbound interfaces with third-party applications.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and integration performance monitoring.
• Support releases, enhancements, production deployments, tenant management, and release impact assessments.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, HR teams, and external vendors.
• Create technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment guides.

Required skills and qualifications

• Strong experience with Workday HCM technical development is required.
• Expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, BIRT Reporting, calculated fields, and Workday Security is required.
